30-Year-old, Burned by Laser - Coimbra, Portugal

I have done it from November 2014 till May 2015 for 5 sessions in the area of whole feet, abdomen, armpit and face. I was satisfied in these sessions. In the last session in May 2015, the technician told me to come back in October for the last session and after that you should come here for one session every year. I went there on 13th October 2015. She did it for me but this time I felt very warm and I told her but she told me the power is lower than previous times (24) and she continued. I a way to go home it was difficult for me to bear the pain and irritation. I took photos the day after and you can find the photos in the attachment. Two days later I went there and ask them what I must do. The hospital (IDEALMED) provided me a water spray and also a cream from Avén. Now I am using them for a week. Now I want to know when my skin will be healed and normal. And another thing, the payment for each session was 180 euros. The strange thing was that the hospital charged me for the session that I was burned. I do not know what I must do if the burning spots will not be removed who should answer and what I must do. I am too worried about it, I could not wear any dress.
