3 Days Post Op...560cc but Doesn't Look Like It to Me

I had been looking forward to this for years!
I had 560cc Ideal implants 3 days ago. In recovery now,lots of pain and chest heaviness, but each time I look in the mirror, it really doesn't look close to what I was expecting, even considering they drop in 6 months. 
It looks overly like just pec muscle and flat...anyone had initial results like this ?Any thoughts?
It was under the muscle placement.

I thought the same thing afterwards. It's bc their being compressed behind the muscle. I got Mentor MemoryGel Mod+ 500cc. It took up to a year to complete d&f. I am now a 34 I/J based on cut. You are way too early to judge results. The Dr. in the Q&A forum state for every 150cc you "should" increase one cup. Hang in there and thank you for sharing your journey with us on RS! :-)
Also keep an eye on those Ideal implants as I've seen many ladies have those rupture less than one year and another member had them replaced twice less than a year apart. Her review is KTR12. Good luck.
