I'm over 50 now, I gained a little weight and fat may have also shifted to belly, couldn't lose it. 3 weeks after lower abs treated, I'm wearing a pair of jeans I couldn't wear for months. Down 1/2 inch in some areas, 1 and 1/2 inches down now at 3 inches below naval! During the 1st treatment on lower abs I broke into a cold sweat and was light-headed. The area as it it getting numb stings so bad it is nearly unbearable. The massage is even more hard to take and about 5-10 minutes after the massage. The treatment is 35 minutes with the suction device on, 2 minute massage after. Six of those minutes were super tough, then about 10 minutes after before I was comfortable enough to do the right side. So 16 of 47 minutes process pretty hard to handle for me. Which is 34% of the process in the place. Middle abs done 8/29 very similar experience only did not get dizzy or break out into cold sweat. The nurse was very good at trying to help me through this. But they do not give you any pain medicine. You can expect swelling soreness and tenderness for 10-12 days, and you may get a red hickey looking mark where the device was. Oh yeah, and your belly feels weird and numb, mine still is numb. Spilled water on it on 2-3 occasions and didn't realize it til a little after, not when it happened.

Update-Wearing old jeans again

I couldn't wear these jeans comfortably for the last 6 months!

First time wearing these jeans in 6 months or more

This is evidence of effectiveness!

Getting beach (body) ready

4 weeks tomorrow since lower abdomen treatment and 3 weeks Tuesday since middle abdomen treatment.

Perfect diet/intense exercise not needed for results

I try to watch what I eat, but i still occasionally eat things like pizza, Mexican food, occasional cookie or candy bar, wine most evenings. And I still see definite results 1 month after CoolSculpting. I take some walks 4-5 days a week, that's the extent of my exercise besides normal walking for work, household tasks. I'm so happy

I honestly don't remember all the staff names, was nervous the 1st time, even more nervous the 2nd time. About 34% of the treatment process including the torturous massage was incredibly painful. Must be honest. But tickled to death to be wearing previously too tight jeans
