The big day

I'm nearly at the surgery center for my BA this morning. I'm nervous excited. My friend recommended I get some frozen peas/corn and greek yogurt for my recovery. I have my meds in my bag so I'm ready to go after surgery. I hope my zip goodies is roomy enough. Yesterday I came in and tried the sizers again just to double check the size. We are going with 545cc which sounds really big but doesn't look silly. I'm 5'9'' 180 lbs. I've always had a widee rib cage I guess, hence the current 36 A bra size. Most of my friends and family that I've told are excited, a few were a little surprised. I found hardly sleep last night because I was so excited.

Excited/Nervous About my BA

I am nervous and excited about my upcoming procedure. Everything is happening so fast. I just had my consultation this past Wednesday and it was very swift. The Dr. seems very knowledgeable and experienced. Everything at the office is very efficient. I'm feeling nervous and worry that the size we picked is too big. My procedure is scheduled for next Tuesday.

I'm a 34y old mom and teacher. I have an incredible 8y old daughter and an amazing husband. I've always had small breasts. I can remember being 19 and wondering...do I even need a bra? I wore one anyway and when I discovered push up bras or ones with extra cup sizes added, I always wore them. I've wanted to get my breasts augmented for as long as I can remember. Money has been the biggest obstacle. I don't know that many people who just have an extra 4-6 grand that doesn't get put to other bills. My husband has always supported me in every decision and though he has never made me feel less feminine about my breasts, I personally want them to be bigger. I've got big hips and I hate shopping. I love wearing dresses but it's impossible to find something that fits my shape. balancing my breasts with my hips will go a long way to making shopping easier and boosting my confidence. I have healthy self esteem, but I know that this symmetry in my body will just make shopping and dressing for success a lot easier.
My husband is actually the one who decided I needed to stop making excuses for not getting them done and figured out a way to save some extra money specifically for my procedure. I began seriously looking at doctors in my area last month and I scheduled a consultation for June. I look forward to this experience, but I'm sure there are still many things I don't know.

Provider Review

Dr. Sorenson

So far Dr. Sorenson seems very knowledgeable and efficient. I wish we had spent bit more time talking about sizing.
