I’m Considering Getting Monsplasty....

I’m a male, about 5’6” 160 lbs average to athletic build. I’m thinking of doing monsplasty. Problem is that I also have Nephrotic Syndrome and I’m nervous going under the knife might cause an infection around the scarring and make it worse. At the same time, I’ve been wanting to get this done. I already did liposuction and skin tightening treatments around that area about 5 years ago, but really didn’t see massive improvements. I was told that I have loose skin around the pubic and getting monsplasty is the only way to get rid of it, but I want a second opinion. Please let me know what you think. I really appreciate it!
