I can't say enough about Dr. Tom Trevisani. I found him through Realself.com and went to him for a consultation for a boob augmentation. I was a 38A, very athletic with a broad chest and high breast bone. I am persuing a career as a Fitness Model and needed to find the right balance for my body. Dr.T is very skilled and knew exactly what look I was going for. I was not pressured into anything I didn't want, simply given suggestions for more "dramatic" alternatives to consider. The staff is amazing, so sweet, very thoughtful and go over and above. (They even microwaved my prepped food for me, as I am on a strict time sensitive meal plan.) The surgery, which I elected to have in the hospital, went very smooth and had zero complications. Recovery for the first 5 days was tough but primarily consisted of lots of sleep, water and pee breaks. The first week due to meds and inactivity I had a minimal appetite. By day 6 I was on my own with youtube and a good book. By this point I was only taking a pain killer and muscle relaxer to help sleep through the night. Cooking was not an option so my spouse prepped my meals in advance and the microwave became my friend. I continued to rest most of my day till day 10 when we gave driving a trial run. Stiff but doable. Today was my 2nd post-op apt with Dr.T. He was great I had a list of questions and he let me go through each one providing an in depth answer. Both he and his assistant youlia (not sure of the spelling) are amazing and care very much about me and the final result of my breasts. **Please note the visits with the Dr are relatively short and fast pased, so have your questions written down in advance or you will get caught up in it and forget to ask. They are also great about answering questions over the phone. I must have called 10 times between my consult and the surgery date. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR AND HIS PRACTICE FOR BREAST AUGMENTATION! :)
