Hyperpigmentation - Cosmelan Peel or Picoway Laser with Dermafac

When I was 16, I started noticing my skin becoming dark and hyperpigmentation around mouth, neck and forehead, it started gradually and when I consulted a dr, she said it's because of hormonal changes and suggest few medicines and creams and there is no results.

After taking medicine and maintaining proper diet, now there is no production of excess pigment but the old pigmentation is still there.

Then I have taken few peels still there is no results and after taking ablative laser my pigmentation got reduced by 80% and after 1 year, pigmentation again started coming back and this five year back story.

Now 6 months before, I have taken q-switch and corbon laser and result are for just a week or two and it didn't reduced my pigmentation.

Now my new dr, suggested me to take cosmelan peel or 3 picoway sessions along with three dermafac, Can you please suggest me which one is the best
