Welcoming and not intimidating

Very informative and it was my first time getting this type of treatment (hydra facial) and she explained it in a way I would understand and also helped me with products but didn’t make me feel pressured. Dawn was also very willing to answer my questions and didn’t make me feel rushed and she related to me with my daughters. She also shared her surgery experience’s she has had with Dr.leonard and it helped me relate and feel more comfortable with the stages I was going through. And I was just there for the facial! Lol. Not counseling! So thanks for the advice! Goes to show how good of a boss you have when the staff is so happy and helpful!
