I went to this RM Skincare & Spa in Flushing NY, that lady named Ivy did my face. Their tools apparently are not clean and used something on mu skin. It has been puffy for days now and my nose has been flared up. My alar and tip now when I smile is a lot wider. When she was using the tools it was burning onto my skin as it hurt a lot like she was poking mu alars. Can someone please help me with this

Do you have a shellfish allergy? My provider didn’t ask and didn’t tell me it contained shellfish. I got hives and major swelling.
