If I could rate Rox Spa team and Lauren the esthetician higher than 5 stars I would . It has been routine for me getting facials in the past until I started going to Lauren and now it’s an experience I look forward to . Lauren personalizes my skin care treatment by what it’s needing at the time of the visit , it’s certainly not “routine “ she focuses on my needs for my type of skin resulting in fabulous experience . After my session people often comment on my “GLOW” and at my age 60 it’s a nice feeling to be noticed for such results all due to Lauren . The staff is kind and very EFFICIENT !! Bonus
