I really like Dr Milind Naik and his staff. And here is why. I went to see this doctor for my Ptosis surgery. And what surprised me is that he actually took the time to really listen to my issue without cutting off, unike most doctors and answered all my questions patiently. He made sure his staff followed up after every surgery which is also quite unheard of. He was very prompt in answering email and it was quit comforting knowing I could always reach to him in case I had questions, and I did have a ton of questions! :) I went back to him for the second eye because of how honest he was with me about my treatment. I love the fact that I could actually have a discussion with him, where he explained why & how a procedure is done and not leaving me in the dark about my health. Thank you, Dr Milind for being patient, professional and empathetic and helping me regain my confidence again. I'd gladly recommend Dr Milind to anyone who's looking for a reliable and experienced Ptosis surgeon.
