After a busy life of modern day living with the occasional exercise thrown in; woke to the realisation that my once trim physic had taken a battering. ??? Was this a gynacamastia surgery. Is that the same as lipo of the chest

I just had fat on my chest and I wanted reduction of fat . So doctor did liposuction alone . I did not go for gland removal .
