Worst Experience of my Life

It has been 2 months since I went with my sister to see Dr Simon Ourian. Our appointment was in the morning 11 am, however after a little issue with our payment, it seemed as if we had missed our slot. So they kept us in the procedure room ALL DAY with no word on when we would be seeing the doctor. Finally, at 4 pm obviously his last procedure since they had closed, Dr Simon came in. I was very very nervous and wasn’t sure what to expect. I had decided to get lip filler to reduce my gummy smile. And I also got some cheek filler to fix my eye troughs which were deep grooves in my face. I never wanted bigger lips, I just wanted my upper lip to stop curling so much. They kept saying the swelling would be minimal and everything would look natural. Well, not only did I SWELL like a balloon, I realized too late how aggressive he had been with his injections and how little he asked before shoving needles in my face. He seemed disinterested in our lack of celebrity status. And I left looking like I had gotten a completely new face. It terrified me. The swelling stayed much longer than anticipated and what was left was someone I did not recognize in the mirror. He overplumped my lips and while the cheeks did not look absolutely terrible my lips cause me much pain (literally and mentally). For 2 months they have been bumpy and uneven and nowhere near the results I was looking for. Getting a hold of Dr Simon was futile. The receptionists were cold and rude and were unsympathetic to my dilemma. It had already been three weeks and they said that the swelling still needed to go down and the filler needed to “settle”. I pleaded for help on what to do and if i could please get an appointment to see the doctor. She said it was impossible that their system would not let her schedule me until at least two months had past. The first month after the procedure was filled with tears and “why did I do this” nights. I realized my mistake too late. DO NOT TRUST EPIONE. They do not care about you, they only care about the money. Meanwhile I’m still waiting for my lips to “settle” and so sad about my lips/smile. Please do your research and choose a doctor that cares.
