I needed to reverse some fillers (which I had injected at another place), that had been causing me problems for over two years, and really affected my self esteem as well as causing inflammation which caused discomfort. Because of this, I had also become afraid of doing anything else to my face due to how bad they looked. Dr Khan and her nurse were utterly incredible, put my mind at ease, and removed the fillers in literally seconds. I look like a new woman, and I'll be going only to her for anything I need in that dept from now on. There is a reason why she has 5 star reviews across the board - believe the hype! She is honestly the best. Book with her now, and don't delay - you will look and feel like a million dollars when you leave her office.

Thank you for such incredibly kind words :) We are so happy you are loving your results!
Hi Dr Khan it would be very helpful if you could please tell us how many units of hyalase you used, or how many units it is appropriate to start with to dissolve under eye filler please? For example if there was on average 0.3ml filler under the eye how many units of hyalase would you use ? Your insight would be much appreciated
Thanks for posting - glad you had a positive experience. Where on your face did you have hyaluronidase injected and how much (units)? Do you have any before and after pics? Thank you!
Hi Becca, I had it done in my tear troughs, and a little on my cheek where a stubborn bit hadn't dissolved naturally. I'm not sure, how many units were used, but I can't imagine it was very much, as it was only two or three very short, superficial injections. I'm sure Dr. Khan can advise further. I didn't take any before/after pics, but Dr. Khan has some, and I'm happy for her to share them with you if it helps? I'm four days on, and honestly can still not believe the difference. I feel like me again and I'd lost hope of ever getting my normal face back. If you're able to, I cannot recommend Dr. Khan enough, she really has changed my life :)
Hi there. Was just wondering if you are still liking the results post-hyaluronidase? Thank you!
Yes, I love it!!! It looks better than I ever could have imagined. I did have the faulty filler for a long time, but honestly, it's been heaven sent. I'm over the moon!
@TexasGigi123 still happy with your results? You should hear the horror stories on "BOTCHED FILLERS & HYALURONIDASE DAMAGE support group" on FB
Hi there Pandora2804. I absolutely love the results. I'm so happy I went in to see Dr Khan. I now go to her with anything face related! I'm sorry to hear that you haven't had a positive experience using Hyalurondaise, but I highly recommend Dr. Khan for any correcting needs you have. She's literally the best.
Hi there, hyaluronidase is an effective treatment for dissolving unwanted hyaluronic acid based filler, however, it must be done gingerly. Always best to seek a specialist who truly knows the particular anatomy and has the proper training to support the procedures you may be interested in.
@TTKhan can you please explain why Hyaluronidase is used off label to dissolve fillers? Is it because it's also used to treat cellulite? And how does Hyaluronidase distinguish between the HA in the dermal filler and the HA in your skin? Also, I had Hyaluronidase on 4 separate occasions by apparently one of the best cosmetic doctors in Australia yet after 3 MRI's I still have 4mls of filler in my face which has totally collapsed and caved in.
@TTKhan thought so
Hi, hyaluronidase is routinely used to dissolve hyaluronic acid fillers. As you are aware, many aesthetic treatments are “off label” and yet are provided following general guidelines and by experienced practitioners. I am unaware of the uses for cellulite treatment as that is not something I offer. Without seeing you or knowing which fillers were used in you, it would be difficult to assess why the hyaluronidase did not work in your case. Best of luck.
