Lip Filler Dissolved Due to Migration but Left with Saggy Lips

Really need some advice! I have been having fillers for around 10 years and this is the first time dissolving due to migration i noticed around a year ago. i am due to refill in 5 weeks (my new very lovely aesthetic lady wants to give my lips time to heal first with a phlenhyage treatment first, then refill very conservatively but i’m looking at all this baggy saggy skin wondering if it is fixable at all. i literally do not recognise my lower face and it was a shock to see! is this fixable?! Help!!
