My skin is discolored, deflated, moldable around the chin where dissolver was used

I had my chin filled. Loved it. Had my gin filled by someone else. Hated it. Dissolved it. This post is made 6 months after Hyaluronidase. You can see my before picture before any filler. This picture was taken 2 years ago before any filler at the injectors office who filled it for the first time. The second picture was taken last March just after the second time was filled and I didn't like it. The 3rd picture was taken yesterday. Almost 4 months after having it dissolved. My skin is discolored, deflated, Moldable around the chin where dissolver was used.
