At 60+ I was feeling dumpy. Always trying to hide my mid section. Just not feeling proud of myself. I tried to exercise but just couldn't seem to loose in the areas needing improvement. Then I found Dr. Nichter. It has been about 3 years and my whole attitude has changed. I have a flat tummy and as my husband says, I walk like a thoroughbred. What a difference. I have never made a better decision. Dr. Nichter and his staff are excellent and I highly recommend them for any procedure you are considering.
