39, 3 Kids. Breast Lift W/Implant Replacement(360cc), Drainless TT, Broad Shoulders. Last Implant 425cc

I'm Pre Op 10 days! eeeeekkkk
I'll keep it short, and update when I get the procedure done. Here's a little background info.... I previously had a lift with an augmentation 10 years ago(425cc) which left me with DDD. I actually wasn't happy with how big they were, as I have always had big boobs my whole life, but thats what the Dr put in! After having another baby, my boobs grew ginormous, deflated, and I was left with...see pictures! hehe
This time around Im reducing them to 350cc. I'm excited to have smaller boobs(hoping for a Full C), but hoping that I look ok with my broad shoulders. I workout 5 times a week, and I can't wait to not have anymore problems with these big boobs anymore!
Ok, moving on....My stomach! Well, after having my first child I got stretch marks. I was so devastated! Now that I am done having my babies, and this oven is closed, its time to get rid of my stretch marks(hopefully) and tighten the little pooch I was left with after having three kids!

Wish me luck! I am more terrified than I am excited.

I am 1 week away!! I'm starting to get excited, but still very nervous!
I feel like I've had to buy so much stuff to prepare for this day! lol Between the Tylenol, dial soap, Vaseline, 4X4 cotton Guaze, Magnesium Citrate, zip up sweatshirt vests, large granny underwear, shorts, husband pillow, I still need to go to the grocery store to get gentle food items for after surgery.
My sister is a nurse and is flying in to care for me! What a great sister! I am so lucky to have such a caring, loving sister! XOXO

Pictures taken after my workout. I put in about 5 days a week...taking 3 months off is going to be rough. Cant wait to see the difference though!

Today was the day I showered and got to see what was underneath my binder and bra. I’m still very swollen, but I’m not having to take my pain meds every 4 hours. I take 1 about every 6 hours. Sleeping sitting up at night is not awesome, but doable with my husband pillow and a pillow to prop my head up.
Bruising is pretty narley, and I can’t straighten up all the way.
