It was a reward to myself after losing 75 pounds and keeping it off for over a year. I highly recommend Dr. Miles and feel I had outstanding care. I am glad that I did both of these procedures and do not have any regrets. The results have more that met my expectations. I am an older women and possibly not the routine person who would decide to do this, but would still recommend it to other women.
