As in all of my reviews I will give a brief reasoning for having to have such drastic plastic surgery.
Years ago I lost 140 #s through diet and exercise. It took me about 5 years to lose this weight and I have incorporated a lifestyle change in order to keep my weight loss permanent. I am now able to get rid of the excess skin due to meeting an amazing, kind, caring and tallented surgeon that I trust 100% that has impressed me beyond what words can say.
You can see that I have had a tummy tuck a couple years ago with a lot of other surgeries. This I hope is my last major surgery. I initially went into the consultation with request for a butt lift, as this is the only area we have not addressed. With Dr. Kortesis being the doctor that he is, he insisted on a full body lift. He stated that only cutting a few more inches would give me the incredible results I was looking for. So we both agreed that we would do the full body lift. I was completely afraid of a full body lift, as I have seen others that really struggled with this extreme surgery. But my confidence in Dr. Kortesis made this an easy decision to make.

7 days out and I feel GREAT! My surgeon removed 10 #s of skin from my rear!!!
I will say this surgery took a good 5 days of not sleeping well, not being able to sit very comfortably but from the results I am seeing now, its SO WORTH IT! I think because both sides of your body have been altered, it's hard to get comfortable. I'm not a back sleeper but this is the only position you can sleep with this surgery so that you do not add any additional tension to the incision. I learned after about 3 days to be sure to schedule my medications at bedtime, as they aide in the drowsiness to make me sleep. I also am up every 2 hours on the dot to use the restroom. I'm drinking about a gallon of water a day and although it is like running a marathon to use the restroom, I am certain that this is reason that here on day 7 it is 100 times easier now.
Ive been using a compression garment around the mid section to keep the swelling down. I also have 2 drains to help remove the excess swelling. Although they are aggrivating, I've learned to love the garments and the drains in any surgery as they are an amazing aide for a faster recovery!
I truly feel amazing at day 7 and I know it only gets better from here! I took 2 weeks off of work and that will be plenty of time to recover and return to work. My only issue will be is that I dont think my pants are going to fit! lol

what consit of a fully body lift i want a flat stomach small wiast and a big bootie

That is a full body lift! :) They cut you in half and pull down and pull up. They can include lipo to reduce belly fat and then they can look to see if you need any extra help in the booty area using your own fat or implant. You defiantly need a consult to see what they can help you with. If you are interested, inbox me and I could possibly get the consult fee waived.
