You look really amazing! Your pre-op look looks a lot like me now. Just wondering, did you have a full tummy tuck or could they only do a mini? I'm worried I don't have enough skin. Also, how many cc's on the breasts?

Hi. Thank you! It's been a recovery but I'm finally feeling better and seeing the results I was hoping for. My breasts are 250cc which is a small C. I'm very athletic and wanted a super natural look, also didn't want it obvious I had surgery. They are the perfect size for me, altho I sometimes with is gone 1 size larger. I had a mini tuck with plication and no lipo. My scar is a full length scar though, which I really didn't want to have (I'm not sure if this makes it a full tuck, but I paid for a mini and that's what my papers say). I asked DrK to do what would lend the best results and this is what was needed.

Yes they did. It looks better as the swelling has dissipated. A little narrower than I'd prefer, but better each day. I am sure he could tweak it, but with 2 busy kids, I really don't want to deal with any of that. :) I will try to upload my better images this weekend so you can see.

Thank you!!! You are being so helpful. Are you children young? Mine will be 4 and 2 when I have surgery. I stay at home with them full time now, and am nervous about caring for them afterwords (my husband will take off two weeks). Hoping since I'm relatively fit I can bounce back fairly quickly. I think your belly button looks good!

After nursing 2 kids for 1.5 each and losing 55lbs of pregnancy weight twice, my breasts were a very saggy, tiny, limp size A, maybe even AA. I hated the look of my breasts but had gotten very fit and thus lost most my breasts. I am so thankful I was able to nurse and wouldn't trade it for anything, but I am so glad I made the decision to have a lift and augmentation. My breasts are the perfect shape and size for my small frame and I was able to do both procedures with one surgery (along with a tummy tuck). I am very athletic, so natural was important to me. Dr. Kortesis listened and sympathized with me and was very honest with me. He made me feel totally comfortable and confident in his skills. I drove over 4 hours to have my surgery with him and his team, as he was highly recommended by a neighbor. After having 2 other consults in my local town, I am so glad I chose Dr. Kortesis for my procedure. I am healing well and very happy!

Breast recovery was minimal pain. The abdominoolasty was quite a recovery for 8 weeks. Sleeping, walking and even coughing were tough the first month. Every day got better. I began easy workouts at about 6 weeks. I still have minor swelling at 9 weeks so wear Spanx as often as I can. I'm exercising hard and pain free now and every day my Stomach looks better. I've had no complications with my incision. I can't wait to see my results at 3 and 6 mos! I think it's important to understand the tuck is major surgery and you'll need lots of help and patience. The results will Be worth it though!
