Loving them!

Sorry, I honestly forgot to update you all on how my surgery went. But it was FABULOUS!! I was up and moving around the same day and I already almost forget they're there. I also forgot to share the details about my placement, I had a subfascial placement via an inframammory incision (in the breast crease). Had my post-op appointment yesterday and my PS was very happy with the results almost no bruising and I haven't even had to take the prescription pain meds, just 500mg Tylenol twice a day. I ended up with the Sientra 435cc Moderate Textured rounds and from what I am seeing (since there is very little swelling due to the subfascial placement) I will be a full 36 C, which is exactly what I wanted. I'll try to get some before and after pics up soon!

So its the night before my surgery and all of...
So its the night before my surgery and all of these posts have helped me so much I figured I'd write one too just in case I can help someone else. I've wanted a BA for many many years but finally have the courage to get it done, nothing like a milestone birthday to push you out of your comfort zone!!
Anyway, I currently wear a 36B bra (small B--it just makes me feel better than wearing an A lol) and I would like to be around a full C or small D. When I went for the consultation with the PS that I ended up choosing to go with he immediately suggested me try on a 400cc to 450cc. That day I liked the 450 most. But, after a few weeks of thinking on it, I went back and said I wanted the 400cc and we moved forward with choosing the brand. We decided on Sientra round textured (because they come with a warranty against (capsular contracture) BUT those only come in 385cc and 435cc. AHHH! finally once, I'd made up my mind things changed! So I decided to go with the 435cc because I always see girls on here that regret going too small. That being said I am a bit 'big boned'- if you will, with a wide chest and breast width. It's been tough to try and find what I will look like. But, my PS has a 3D imaging system that will give you a decent idea of what you will be....I hope it comes out just like that!
Just trying to get my house cleaned and everything taken care of before tomorrow morning so I can rest. I've got all of my meds, a new zip front sports bra (although I wasn't really sure what size to get, figured a large would do!) so I'm hoping to go to bed early and have a great day tomorrow. I can't wait to share with you all what they look like!!!
