My breasts have transformed everything!

I've been rubbing the scar cream and bio oil on the incision sites twice a day, and I believe it will be helpful with the healing. My stitches are dissolvable and I've noticed some little bits of them coming off here and there.
I do feel like they are getting softer and dropping slowly.
I went for a 3 mile walk last night and in the last 1/4 mile, started to feel some discomfort. My boobs were bouncing a little which put some pressure on the incision site. After a long busy weekend, I came home took some ibuprofen and went to bed. Sleeping is still only on my back, although sometimes I try to turn on my side at night, as its my preference, but am quickly awaken by an uncomfortable feeling of the sideway pressure on the breasts.
Provider Review
Dr Capizzi was engaged during our consultation, and listened very intently, and asked questions to understand what I wanted. Initially, I selected 375 CC but then after my inital consult and further research, I decided i wanted to go larger. I didn't want to end up as a C cup, and really wanted to achieve a fuller D cup. In my pre-op appointment, I asked to go to a 425 CC. I was assured that Dr Capizzi would ensure that I received the right size for my frame and shape, and understood what I wanted to achieve. I arrived early, but waited for an hour, as there was a previous appointment ahead of me. I could also hear the anesthesialgist speaking very loudly to the woman as she was coming out of being under. I remember thinking that I hoped I would get 'yelled at' like that once I was waking up from surgery. (Fortuntely, I wasn't, and the bedside manner for my experience was wonderful. The nurse brought me ibuprofen, and lots of water. She also took my boyfriend's cell # so that she could call him once I was out of surgery. (He was at a nearby Starbucks while I was in surgery). I quickly gained a repoire with the nurse, and she made me feel very comfortable with he process. I was informed that Dr Capizzi implanted me with 370 CC, and not the 425 CC I had wanted. I probed to understand further details about why the decision was made for 370, and was informed that it was the better size for my frame and shape. Initially, I was disappointed, but remembered that from my research, the number can vary, depending on individual body types, breast shape, etc. I am already enjoying my new size, and feel confident in my doctor's decision and look forward to the outcome in the coming weeks and months. I will certainly post pictures to share. Dr. Capizzi also called me personally the day after the surgery to followup and see how I was feeling, and whether I had any questions. He is a master of his craft and genuinely cares about his patients. I highly recommend Dr. Capizzi! Please feel free to reach out with any questions.
