WORTH IT$9,500
I had my first meeting with Dr. Ravi today @ Body by Ravi. He has the best bed side manner and a great sense of humor. His office manager is the best. I have struggled with my mid-section and back for some time and after researching I decided to go this route. I have attached my photos of me taken today by me....I'm looking to have my procedure done on the 23rd of October. As you will see I have the horrible "double stomach" and I'm so tired of putting on layers of control garments just to "look ok". I will revisit other areas as my budget sees fit.

Hi!
What procedures are so getting?
September 17, 2015
Fleur-de-lis tuck and lipo
October 23, 2015
Had my surgery today 10/22 /15 don't be nevers I'm up but sore the pain is real but the drugs help on day one my discomfort is throats hurt bad I'm really thirsty I also had lipo an hernia sugary the pain is real the lipo around my butt is uncomfortable because of the sitting position the hernia is painful and the muscles tightening feels like a million crunches getting up walking hurt but you have to do it invest in a reclining chair that &don't sit to low can't go to far back but it help. You would think I would be sleeping bit I dose in and out. Good luck let me know how you doing. Don't even think about eating Saltin crackers helping the coffee helped my throat a lot and water.

Aww, gee, yea sounds like more pain because of the hernia and lipo to your bum, and like we're all experiencing the first 2 days are crucial! If I could go back I probably would have rented a recliner. Anyways hope (I know) it'll get better! Keep me posted

I have a lift recliner &. I know it is/was a great decision. Wonder when I might get to my bed. Recliner helps me up, but is killing my back

I am, however my cousin pointed out something I hadn't notice, right about my monis pube, the cut looks butchered, I'll bring a it up to my PS on my next visit this Monday, but yea other than that I'm looking forward to the end of swelling so I can see

Give it time. I've seen amazing changes over 6 plus months and even more at a year. I'm 3.5 weeks po and loving it. I couldn't have said that last week. It just gets better. I can see yours will too. Also, the scars fade and change. At 4 weeks you can start light massaging in circular motions in the shower or when you put lotion on. That's when the scar "sticks" so you don't want that. I've noticed my scar is already flat against my skin which is very cool. Changing daily.

I'm so glad y'all are progressing great. I'm just at the 4th day after po. Not much swelling, pain wasn't bad & almost standing up straight. Back is hurting some & still slow, but I have no regrets.

I hope your doing well.
November 21, 2015
I'm sorry, I overlooked this, I'm fine, back at work and everything, I do get tired easily, but I manage, hope all is well with you
November 20, 2015
I'm not trying to be negative but I don't think his cut his good compared to other doctors in the DR thin cuts and he should have did liposuction for better results. I'm not saying you don't look better but it's the doctor that could have did a way better job and you would have gotten smoother, finer, and flatter results without all the scaring.
November 20, 2015
Lol, well to be honest I did have Lipo and I agree the cut is not ideal but it seems you don't understand what a Fleur de lis tuck is, and I did NOT do this for vanity. I agreed to this procedure and in NO WAY will I EVER travel just because someone is cheaper or their work "looks good", I need someone I can put a hand on later in the recovery if anything changes . The doctors in the DR have bad results after and I've seen plenty of reviews to support what i'm saying, and then you all have a hard time chasing down some one to give your money to (tuh). So YOU do YOU and i'll do me. Again I'm only 4 weeks out and i'm very swollen, and I'll take a slow heal over a fast progression ANY DAY.
November 20, 2015
By no means did I try or want to offend you. As long as you are happy with your procedure that is all that matters. I wish you continue to heal and achieve the results you want. Again I apologize for upsetting you. I thought this was a cite we could tell each other the truth and no one get upset or in their feelings. I will not write anything else regarding your outcome.
November 20, 2015
Ha! I'm not offended, however criticizing someone's wounds or who they decided to go to is NOT ideal. I've seen some horrible outcomes but I keep my mouth closed because NO ONE wants a reminder that something went wrong or they should have went with another PS. The scar down my stomach isn't ideal nor is it pretty however it's healing. And yes I do envy those with better looking scars, but i'm pleased with my PS work. So consider that before you comment, also read clearly because I know I stated that I was having a tuck and lip, WE all Heal differently. I wish you the best and happy healing whenever you decide on your procedure. And if you don't comment ever again, it won't bother me. It's plenty of positive lovely women on here i'm happy to converse with who don't smash one another's healing or procedures.

I can't believe that is already been four weeks maegal14! Time flies. The most important thing is that you are confident in your doctor and happy with the results. After i scheduled with my doc i saw all kinds of others who would do more work for less $$ but I am glad i trusted my intuition on this one. I haven't seen my stomach yet, its still wrapped up but i have so much peace in choosing him over the others. Your scar looks fine and you know that will fade with healing.. remember how the skin looked after falling off a bike? Not so great for a couple of weeks but with proper care y

November 20, 2015
My dear maegal14 your curves are beautiful and so are you! I too have some serious battle scars from childhood that tell a story, it's just part of who I am. I spent so much time in the ER that the doctors and nurses knew my mama on a first name basis! You just keep on healing and bringing joy to others in your life!
November 20, 2015

November 21, 2015

How are you doing?
October 27, 2015
Better, the first two nights were hard, but I'm out of the white compression garment (gave me hell) it pinched me so bad and that's what made my first days miserable, I honestly had no pain except for my bad because of the garment and walking hunched over. I'm happy that I can shower now! Have you had your surgery already?
November 23, 2015
How much did it cost?
