11 Week Update
Just realized I'm 11 weeks post op! Almost 3 months ago my life changed!! Wanted to post some updated pics! I been working out a little bit more intense. Slowly getting back into abs workouts. But taking it easy. Still feels weird. Some days my butt feels small. Other times it's huge! I'm glad I have tons of before pics to remind me of what I use to have or shall I say did not have! Well here are some progression pics!

You look great! Amazing to see your before and afters. :)
Thanks! I get bummed it's not bigger but I mean it's more than I had! lol!!
Looking awesome! I am loving that new booty of yours ;)
Thanks! Some days I wish it were bigger but I'm grateful to have something now!
If you do butt exercises will it burn the fat he injected? I'm wondering if you grow the muscle underneath it will accentuate the work he did?
I asked him and he said he put fat in and around the muscles so working out will help or is supposed to help if I increase butt muscle mass. I noticed it is getting firmer and less cellulite as it was in the beginning of post op. And my measurements are still at 40. Waist fluctuates 27.5-28. I used to be 31/32 at the waste. 36/37 at the hips.
Nice!!!
You look absolutely amazing. I'm getting my bbl tt and lipo done next week. Please tell me how you slept without aggravating the drains or Messing up your butt? Also what meds or vitamins did you take after to make you heal so nicely. It's crazy but you are really one of the first reviews that don't have any problems!! Everyone else has setbacks, necrosis, seroma, dog ears, can't take it anymore, etc!!! I pray i have your experience. Any advice or suggestions? You can dm me if you want ... thanks
I slept in a floaty the first few days after surgery then at about 2-3 weeks after the drains were removed of course (at 1 week they were) I started laying on my back with pillows propped under my knee and legs ...kinda like sitting but laying down if that makes sense. At two weeks pre op my doctor gave me multi vitamins and medical grade arnica to start taking up until surgery. I continued to take after as well to help with recovery. I also took turmeric and my bcaa from my workouts which helped with muscle healing. Eating healthy and no salty foods help with swelling.
And plenty of pineapple juice!
I read that your dr didn't have a lot of fat he could take from your back.. I'm nervous that will be me and then not much of a butt. However I kept reading your review and everything you said about its more than what you had before was really inspiring. Your body and shape looks amazing!! So I'm just going to enjoy some foods I normally don't eat and pray for a fast recovery with no complications.. I want the no complications more though. Thanks again.
Yes I stressed so much about not being enough! But also the thinner waist will also make your butt look big as well. I had lost 10 pounds the beginning of the year and I beat myself up about it! Had I known I would have kept that weight but it was definitely last minute but it's been worth it so far. I only gained 5 pounds back for the surgery lol
Just make sure you don't smoke or not near smoke. Don't take any meds or supplements without Dr approval. Stay hydrated. The nurse told me to eat a juicy steak your last meal before surgery because it helps your blood count. Lol!
No salty foods because you will swell! Pineapples and pineapple juice help with swelling. I also took bromelain pre op.
I'm going to ask my dr about the vitamins and other things you suggested but he on the conservative side and doesn't even wNt me to get massages for 6 weeks. I trust him but I also know there's nothing like natural remedies to heal the body. I'm going to store today to get the pool floaties. You have given hope and motivation again hat I can do this and my body is strong and will see me through this.
Yeah the only massage I've gotten is the complimentary massage from my Dr. Otherwise I do self massage! It's all a money thing I think. I already spent enough on this surgery. My dr gave me a free faja but I can buy a second from him. If I did I would have bought elsewhere. More affordable. He also sold the biocream and silicon for $200 but it's in ebay for cheaper. There's always a cheaper route. I only wore the faja two to three weeks. I prefer the binder. The faja felt tight on my butt so I cut holes but it was a pain to take off and on. Also you probably notice all the complications happened mostly in Miami. Not saying anything bad but my dr is board certified and all that. There was too much crazy stuff going on down there. I may have paid more but I got a real hospital to do my surgery. Not a little clinic next to a shopping plaza. Lol! So just some reassurance for you.

Bikini shopping
Tried on some bikinis in preparation for my birthday. I'm still very picky as to which to buy because I have to cover my back lipo scars as well as my leftover stretch marks:( but it was still nice to be able to rock a bikini none the less!:)
