Loving my results. Be patient ladies the results will come. The procedure was painless. I was sore for a couple days but using the arnica gel right after surgery help. The soreness go away quickly. Still swollen on my lower part of my stomach. I had a abdominal pannus and so happy to see it go away slowly but surely. You don't need the lymphomatic massages like I see a lot on here. I just have my boyfriend massage me every night.

Almost two weeks and I can feel and see the swelling going down.

I just took one pic from the side but slowly but surely they are getting better. I'm back at 75% at the gym. I go for my two week post op appt on Thursday. My boyfriend is loving the results.
