Update: Almost 5yrs Post-Op, Surgerversary 7/6/2021
I hope all has been well and everyone is still on the journey and doing well. I have finally started my new Youtube channel to share my VSG Journey. Over the past almost 5 years post op I have found myself answering the same questions over and over again, sharing my journey with so many. And I do it effortlessly and joyfully. I figure it would be of great help to all who cross my path to start making videos so I can answer questions and continue to share my weight-loss journey with more than just those I encounter face to face or on social media. I am still doing well and currently holding steady @130 lbs which is an ideal weight for me. Years later I'm so grateful and thankful to have made the decision to have VSG Surgery. I haven't yet had any cosmetic surgery as I have found it not to be a top priority for me. I'm too busy enjoying the life I have now. Feel free to join me on new Youtube Channel, VSG Chronicles and/or email me your questions or comments to vsgchronicles@gmail.com . I enjoy sharing with others and encouraging them along their journey as I will never forget how it all started for me and there were many who encouraged me along the way. It is time for me to give back in a way that will bless many more lives for years to come. Attached to this updated post are a few current pics. I continue to wish you all much success on you journey and I welcome any updates from alumni sleevers. I would love to know how you all are doing. See ya soon! Blessings n Love to all!
VSG 15 months post op YOU CAN DO IT!!!
One year, one mth, and one day! 116 lbs lost!
Provider Review
I know that GOD works all things together for the good of those who love HIM and are called according to HIS purpose. I met my heart Dr because I had the heart attack. Then my new PCP referred me to his wife, Dr Ese Otah, who I didn't know of at first. On my last appt with her I expressed a few things in my life that had been weighing heavy on my heart. Before I got off the table, visibly in tears, she encouraged me all would be well then grabbed my hand and offered to pray for me. There was no doubt she was being lead by the Holy Spirit. I had never had such an experience with any Dr. I was truly comforted that day and I knew I was safe in GOD'S hands. In JESUS name! This is GOD'S WILL for my life.
