Just had sleeve surgery Monday.
Lots of pain from the incisions for the first 2 days but now just have migraine for two days straight.
Could hardly hold down the liquid meds ..but that is now getting better. When I look at food I get nauseous...I just need to learn how to sip liquids slowly.
I almost chickened out the day of but I went through with it..Hopefully I made a good decision. I will update in 2 weeks

I'd love to follow your journey. I chickened out (or thought I could do it all on my own) three times now. Finally, my doc is sending me to the bariatric center. I need the help. I'm excited to hear how yours go!! Stay strong neighbor!
Definitely...
There were so many steps to take before insurance would approve so I made excuses that I didn't have time. I ended up slowly but surely getting everything done.
Hopefully I'll be posting good news in a couple weeks

I'm glad you did get it done. I'm quite good with excuses. Lol
They weren't good to me though!!!

So I have been on liquids for 3 weeks and I just cooked a big meal for the family. I almost gave in but didn't. Very hard
I finished and came up stairs.
Anyone have these issues??

Not yet. But I have a feeling the biggest battle will be mental. You can do this!
As a migraine sufferer, I know that some anti nausea medications can cause severe migraines. Maybe ask your doctor to switch to a different med?
