WORTH IT
I'm only 4dpo however I'm loving my results thus far! I was approved for both panniculectomy and abdominoplasty. Surgery was a breeze and results are above my expectations. I intend on having the best results therefore its keen that I follow all Dr. Long guidelines along with diet and exercise plans.

Congrats on your surgery! I just had my consultation Monday! Did you have help from insurance? :)
did your insurance cover any of this? (i am asking because i am also 37 with 4 kids ;-) ) Please keep updating as you recover!

Yes it was covered.
It looks good so far. When the swelling goes down it will be even better. I'm in Memphis and I'm hoping my insurance will cover some ,if not all of the costs.
