After having kids I wanted my body back the way it was prior to having babies. I have always been able to lose weight and my stomach immediately went flat when I had my first two kids. When I had my 3rd and 4th child I noticed I had a baby bump that I could not get rid of. I tried diet and exercise and nothing worked. I also developed an abdominal hernia with my 4th child which maid my stomach protrude even more. This is when I decided it was time to have a mommy makeover. It was so worth it. I am now able to wear the clothes that I have always wanted to wear. I feel more sexy and comfortable with my body. After surgery I lost 10lbs the first 2 weeks. I ate soup and yogurt. I also drank plenty of gatorade and protein shakes. The pain was not as bad as I thought it would be. The pain in my back from the lip suction was the worse. Make sure you take your pain medications. I started off just taking advil because I did not want to experience constipation from the pain medication.
