Pre :My prep experience has been wonderful! I had decided to get a quote on both a tummy tuck w lipo and breast lift. Dr said I did not need a lift but implants could help get the look I desired. After price and due to price I first decided to get tummy only and the 1 week prior I decided I still wanted the breast augmentation. I am so glad I did both! I didn't like the idea of being away from work a second time so getting my tuneup all at once.

Surgery Day: Today I went in for my surgery. I am so on here posting so you can tell that I am feeling pretty good. Even w binders I can see a new shape. I am able to walk around easily, in skier position. Make sure you have toilet wipes as it is hard to reach since I can't bend/twist. Minor tightness and pain is about a 2-3 level. He used the long acting pain meds in the tummy and breasts and I have only taken Tylenol so far but it's getting more uncomfortable than earlier. I will post updates soon! I am also still pretty tired but my head is clear. Very excited to see final results!????

Day 2

Last night I woke up about every 2 hours because I was so thirsty . I drank tons of water leading up to surgery and yesterday but throat and mouth are still very. Increased pain today. But still nothing like I had anticipated. Since I got tt and ba at the same time I can really use my arms to push down. Getting up and down is most painful part. Oh and childproof caps on meds would have been a good idea. You don't realize how much force it takes to open the regular caps! I currently have the binder on 24 hours a day except to milk the drains. I also have a ace style bandage around the breast area. Head is clear but still pretty sleepy.

Got to peek at my incisions. They didn't look as bad as I anticipated. Breasts barely hurt. Me st uncomfortable is getting up and down with this binder. Drains are annoying. Incisions hurt on the sides where binder rubs. Here are pics from last night
