Makes Me Regret Getting Anything Done at This Facility - Houston, TX

There seems to be more cons than pros! I seriously regret it now! The first consultation takes about 4 hours to be seen and dr.cortes only sees you for only a couple of mins . I recommend to be super detailed about everything you want because he will try to rush out of there, you pay for consultation so make sure to get your worth. The day of the surgery I felt better because he came in and quickly marks me. The hospital was great, the nurses there was amazing! Now after a week I had to come get my stitches out at dr.cortes office and that's where it all went downhill again . The doctor never saw me , I didn't get my stitches out and they said "I needed to wait another week" I had asked the front desk prior to being seeing if the doctor was in and she said no due to the weather. Which caught me by surprise because no one told me or even tried to contact me. So I had to wait another week which I was getting inpatient because I had concerns that I've been telling the staff that I wanted to tell dr.cortes. Now it's been 2 weeks and I've been waiting for 2 hours to be seen by the doctor. I'm a post op patient but all the new patients are getting seen and I've seem to be forgotten about. Kind of like "I got your money and you aren't important anymore" I'm so over the whole thing that I seriously want to take the stitches out myself but I will be gather up all the last patience that I have and wait (hopefully not another 2-3 hours) Moral of the story, If you come here. You will wait, wait, wait and wait. Only the day of the surgery will it be fast and attentive . Don't expect to have his attention before or after .
