The best part of my experience with Dr. Tang is that it's over! From the first phone call with his receptionist, Rose, I should have known that this wasn't the place for me. To start, his office and equipment are all outdated. It doesn't seem like Dr. Tang has updated anything in many ,many years. His receptionist is very unpersonable, even awkward. She made me feel very uneasy as if she's confused as to what's even going on half the time. My initial consultation with Dr. Tang was slightly rushed, but being that this was my first surgery and not knowing any better I figured this was the norm with busy doctors. I made the mistake of being allured in by his questionably low prices. I simply wanted liposuction of my buttocks for a more natural shape. I explained in detail what my expectations were and he seemed confident in delivering. Besides his receptionist, the rest of the staff was very warm and helped me from beginning to end on procedure day. It was done under light sedation and I emphasize LIGHT. I was in tears and excruciating pain throughout the entire procedure. I cannot believe he operates in his patients like this. Dr Tang finished in just over an hour and swiftly left without reassuring me of a successful surgery. I didn't see or hear from him again. Not even a follow up phone call over the next few days. I was scheduled for a check up about a week later when he removed the stitches, never once asking if I was satisfied or had any concerns, issues, etc. I am very unhappy with the results as he left me asymmetrical. I brought these concerns up to him and he quickly dismissed them for one reason or another. I am disgusted with how Dr. Tang conducts business and I highly recommend looking elsewhere for your procedure. This doctor is NOT worth saving a few bucks over.
