I've been a mom since I was a teen & I never remember having a flat tummy or the curvy silhouette. After 6 kids I thought I deserved it! It was totally worth it. Dr Hennessey did the consult & said he didn't even notice all the fat I NOTICED, but I did. So right away I paid my deposit! The day after surgery I was thrilled but let me make you aware, you will have uncomfortable swelling! Beauty is pain and you will go though some while healing. I'm 2 weeks post op writing and I finally feel pretty good. I'm just ready to show these new curves off!

Diet and exercise are critical, the biggest mistake a patient makes after lipo is: gaining weight. Weight gain is followed by lumps and bumps. A revision procedure may help but may increase your risk for dips and alleys afterwards.

One month post op!

Ok it's Been a month and a day & I'm so over this healing process! My stomach is still lumpy with some hard spots and lots of tightness. Epsom salt baths relieve some tightness & I do that before bed but it's still really annoying. No one tells you that I takes weeks to months to completely recover! I still feel it was worth it, I love the Contour even though it's not at it's best right now. It's still sooooo much better than it was. I just wanna heal already!

Ahhhh

6 weeks post op, I love my contour but the lumps, bumps and discoloration is aggravating. I'm still having slight discomfort an some swelling. My appointment I no until next week so I'll get to address a couple issues with my surgeon. I'm not very concerned because I know I'm still healing but I do think I'll have some scar issue

Overall rating

Initially I had a good experience. Beside manner was great, however it’s been almost a year & my belly is lumpy. There’s fluid pockets all around my naval. It looks terrible. I’m in the same position I was before lipo. Now I’m literally embarrassed to show my belly. He just says “oh stay way from salt”. I did massages, ultrasonic lipo & I do sit ups & leg lifts every night. Nothing is helping. I will definitely need a revision and I’m not happy at all.
