34yrs Old, 2kids, Active Lifestyle Stubborn Fat on Arms and Abdomen

Today was my first day of the infrared laser lipo treatment at this Sculpting Shoppe in Houston Texas. My overall experience was great Cara was amazing she was very informative and helpful she answered any questions. She thoroughly explained the process very well before starting. She asked me what my concerns were and she explained to me how to better attack those areas. My main focus for going in for that I Lipo was my arms I've been actively working out and I'm struggling with the Lower fat and loose skin on my arms and a small punch on my lower abdomen . She had a 16 Pattle system four patties per arm and eight on my lower abdomen. The infrared system or a routine lasted for 20 minutes it was no discomfort it was a little warm not uncomfortable at all after that went on to 20 minutes of like this vacuum sucking type system which again it was not uncomfortable it was noticeable it kind of felt like a massage following that I stood on this vibrating machine which vibrated my entire body for 10 minutes it is said to trigger the lymphatic system to help aluminate the waist of the treatment. I did not notice any immediate change some of the reviews I've read people have noticed changed after the first session I did not notice that although Cara was realistic and explaining to me since I was not targeting one area I was targeting two areas it may take me to three session to notice and any changes. Today's session was discounted be a Groupon and I purchased an additional eight sessions and will get the ninth session free. So at the end of my treatments I will have had 10 treatments total. At the end of all sessions I will then update my overall experience with Photos.
