The darkness under my eyes reappeared but hollowness has somewhat disappeared and looks fuller but it is still very pigmented under the eyes again

Do you have before pics? I had a fat transfer a couple months ago and I think most of it has dissolved.

Dissolved already?? that shouldn't happen, I've heard of 5 years it lasting or at least 2 years. Maybe go back and see your doctor, even fillers last longer.

@SunkissedBody, More than 1 and in some cases 2 procedures are required to achieve the desired results when it comes to facial fat grafting which sucks:(

if you think pigmentation is still an issue under the eyes, you should try prp, it may help the texture of your skin and the pigmentation may be gone

I had fat grafting to my tear troughs 3 months ago by Dr. Massry ,Also my upper eyelids. I do not recommend. Horrible results, distorts your face.

I've always wanted my eyes to look naturally refreshed but my genetics gave me a tired, sick, and much older look. So I decided to do some research for a permanent way to get rid of my hollowed dark under eyes where I learned about fat grafting. After speculating for a while and trying to make sure it was safe and effective I decided to go through this procedure. My face was swollen for a few days and slowly I started to see the results and I couldn't be any happier my face looks rejuvenated and fuller. The recovery wasn't too long few weeks and I saw the results. More then pleased and glad I was treated with great care with friendly staff and Enviorment.

Did this doctor show you before and after pics of many patients he had seen. I really want something like this but also for the sides from where my nose is to my mouth. I have lost alot if fat here and under my eyes... what was it that made this Dr be the one for the job. Your answers will help me greatly x

He didn’t show me any... I pretty much just took the risk based off what I saw online and it really was a good disscion. It helped tremendously with the hollowness. I went from loooking like a skeleton to a more awake face. BUT I did get some unevenness “lumps” but it was mentioned to me that the fat would dissolve here and there, which I corrected with fillers later on. So really I am truly happy with this fat grafting and am glad I trusted a good doctor. Which was only based off of reviews I saw only. I would recommend it, it helps. Little details can be fixed afterward.
