It's been 8 days since my procedures and I look AMAZING! I had the Executive Face Lift, Upper Blepharoplasty and CO2 laser (mouth area). I had twilight sedation and don't remember a thing! No complications. Lots of swelling/bruising but it's almost all gone already. Makeup completely covers it up!

Thanks for sharing your experience on RealSelf. I'm curious what an "executive" facelift is. I've never heard of one before.

You can read about it on his website at www.houstonfaces.com. It's a facelift that can be done under local anaesthesia (which I chose not to do because I have anxiety issues!). It only takes about 45 minutes and the results are fantastic. I'm 49 years old and didn't really need a "full" facelift. The incision goes from my temple, inside my ears and to the bottom of my ears. There is no incision behind the ear or into the hairline behind the ear. It's virtually impossible to see after it completely heals. Actually, it already looks great and it's only been 10 days since my surgery. :)
Did he take care of the muscles as well or just skin?

Do you have photos of what you look like now that a couple of years have gone by. At 8 days their is a lot of swelling and this can make many people look very smooth and tight. It means nothing.
