After having my initial consultation for the hourglass butt lift, it was determined that, due to my weight loss, I would need to have the butt lift procedure first. So far, everything's fine--the drains are annoying, but necessary. The scar is a little hideous, but after almost 2 weeks, it's healing nicely. I think I underestimated how difficult only being able to sleep on my stomach would be and simple things like not being able to sit down on the couch or having a seat in general would be. You'll be praying for those 2 weeks to end lol.

How long was it before you were able to return to work?

Two weeks. I didn't get the drains taken out until exactly 2 weeks after my surgery. If I did not have those, I could see myself going back after about 10 days.
Wow, I'll bet, thank you for sharing your experience! When you're ready, I hope you will also post pics of your results!
After two weeks of healing, how much longer do you think your downtime will be?
