54 Yrs Young, Bodybuilder/ Fitness Model

here are pictures of how my butt looks after the fat that Dr Cortes injected around the implants that are suppose to be under or intra-muscular but appear to be sub-facial. I am scheduling with Dr. Ryan Stanton to get it done right s it has really effected my modeling career :( now I m having to spend another $15,500 to fix it! Hard lesson learned...if my Dr. Suggest ft transfer around an implant, just say no and find another Dr.

I loved my butt until the fat that was injected around the implants dissipated. Now they look terrible you can see perfectly round implants when lying on my side and especially when bent over… It is embarrassing to say the least as I am a fitness model and have to look my best. Dr. did tell me that I may be able to slightly see them once the fat disappeared but slightly is an understatement. I can reach under my butt and literally feel the edge of the implant all the way around and move it on both sides. I am so upset over this for a couple of different reasons mainly because of how they look and how it feels like I have two hard rocks back there and secondly because I still owe $7000 on the surgery and have to have a revision to get my confidence back and to keep my career. When on my hands and knees the implants literally fall to the sides and leave a wide gap between the butt cheeks which is embarrassing when working out and doing yoga classes!! I have been having to wear layers to hide it. I do not recommend round implants, for one they are just not natural looking, Nor do I recommend doing anything that is not completely under the muscle. Dr Cortes said mine are intramuscular but I feel that they are so close to the surface that that cannot be true. I will find out for sure when I go in for my revision. also, I was from out of state and had a heckuva time getting the doctor to manage my pain as the medication he put me on gave me horrible nightmares and barely took the edge off of the pain. It was so stressful and I feel like I literally went through hell for several weeks after that surgery, and I have a very high pain tolerance. When I contacted Dr Cortes‘s office they pretty much said “I told you that would happen“ had they told me that my ass would look deformed with no fat around it I would have never done this Surgery! The way he put it was that they may be a little noticeable if I lose too much weight which I haven’t! The only fat that went away was the fat that he injected which is normal for it to dissipate over time. There was no remorse from them nor did they ever even apologize for what I am going through. I DO NOT recommend this doctor! I feel that they do not care for their patients that it’s all about the money for them. Just giving my honest opinion and sharing this in hopes that none of you ladies have to experience this. I had no idea that I would be putting nearly $30,000 into getting butt implants But by the time I get through the revision that’s how much I will have spent not to mention that awful pain all over again and the recovery time and the loss of wages.

I am sick over this as the pain was worse then giving birth and the money that I’m still making payments to pay off and now I have to come up with 15k to get I fixed an go through it all over again.
