4th week follow up
I had my visit 4th week follow up visit with dr Newall yesterday 9-22-15
He was like WOW you are looking so curvy (in Spanish) you are looking great, I also told him that what I think it has helped me is the type of garments I've been wearing, because the ones the give/sale there kinda put pressure on your butt too. So I told him I been using another kind of garment and I showed him. He told me to keep wearing it because is helping the way am healing.
And he told me I have to go back in one month to take pictures.
He was very nice like always and he told me he was happy everything was coming out perfect.
So yea ladies everything is looking good and I am feeling great.
He also told me I can get back to the gym if I want.

That's awesome!! Sounds great! I think I'll be using those kind too once I'm able to. Does the first faja you used put pressure on your butt? How long do you wear it for? I'm just worried cause I don't want the faja to ruin my investment. Lol

I used the one the doctor gave me for like about 1week. But is because mine was getting/feeling lose. So I will say just change garments ones you feel like yours is getting lose. After surgery u are going to have a one week follow up at dr newalls official to make sure everything is going well. So if yours is feeling lose then ask him if is ok for you to start using another garment.
They might show you if you want to purchase a second stage garment from them but I personally said no I will get my own from somewhere else, they told me it was ok, as longest it has pressure on the liposuction areas. Just make sure you feel comfortable with it. :-)

Hey ladies, ok so!
Here are some tips I feel like this has helped me a lot. Ok so I have been getting my regular massages but I also do some massaging my self I massage the areas where I had liposuction (abdomen,flanks,back,neck) with arnica cream I massage it in the morning and before I go to bed. It helps with pain,swelling and soreness and helps a lot if lumps are showing massage them so they can go away.
You can find this cream at Walgreens or Walmart, I love it.
And yes I been taking care of my butt Fat I use garments that put pressure on my liposuction areas but do not touch my butt.
and I try not to sit on my butt,
I am going to post some pictures so you ladies can see.

Did you get those garments from the doctors office? Or did you buy them somewhere else? I want to be prepared. One question I forgot to ask him was where does he Inject the fat in buttocks. Do you know by any chance? Like is it on the top by the muscle? Of course I'll be asking everything I didn't ask at Preop. I am loving your results. You're looking really good.

Thanks you so much. To be honest I didn't even ask that neither. I just know that my butt feels normal as before I had surgery. At first yours butt is going to feel really hard and sore but then it will get soft.

ok no problem. Just thought maybe you asked. Lol. Thank you for the heads up on the way it will feel. Did you sleep on your sides? I'll be having a tummy tuck too so I won't be able to sleep on my stomach. I'll have to come up with ways to sleep : /

Oh damn. I sleep on my stomach still. I can probably sleep in normal position now but I don't want to mess with the butt fat still.

I think I'm gonna have to sleep on my sides. Did the first faja that you wore put pressure on your butt? Like was it tight and pushing it in? I don't know if I make sense.

Hi, you definitely got great results! Where did you buy the garments u liked? Do you wear the bodysuit with waist trainer i guess? I am trying to determine which i want to buy but there are so many options lol!!! Plys, like fitmom33 i am having a tt at same time, and lipo on my inner thighs too so i guess i need to buy ones that put pressure on my inner thighs as well... I was thinking ones that had holes for butt then covered upper back down to mid thigh

I got a Brazilian butt lift.
Is where they transfer your fat from unwanted areas they transfer it to your butt....
I wouldn't do implants a lot of people have complications.
Thank god it all went well.
