Well I had my consultation today and turns out my surgeon said that buccual fat removal would only remove a small amount of fat.
Not only do I have a full face but my bone structure is just wide. Instead of getting buccual fat removal I'm getting Botox along my jaw line to make my face more narrow. We will see if that works a little. I still need to lose weight which would help a lot.

I have a full round face and I have always have since a child. I don't have high cheek bones and actually I have jowls. My face doesn't have much have structure and i just look boring. I still kinda look childish. I want to look grown. Even if I lose weight my cheeks will still be big. Cheeks got go

I have the same shape to my face. I have a procedure scheduled for December but I was told I need a partial facelift. I want rid of my cheeks too

hmm it's because you seem 25 pounds overweight, i think if you lost weight, ate raw/clean (extremely minimal salt intake) did a combo of cardio and weights 5 days a week and slept 8-9 hours a day, in 3 months you would see a major difference, if after all that, you still feel off, then you should consider surgery.
