Going back for a breast refresh

It's been a good 8 years since my breast reduction and the tissue has "settled" quite a bit, which raises the appearance of my nipple. In addition, I'm a larger woman now (31 years old), muscular and about 15-20 lb heavier. Breast size did not change at all.

I'm scheduled to go back for a breast augmentation in December to get the smallest amount of volume added, Sientra implants ~250 cc, to add some upper pole fullness since mine have basically bottomed out. I go braless often and jump around a lot and that probably contributed to it. The end result should be a D cup with the upper fullness, which will suit my current body well.

Has anyone else followed up a breast reduction with a small augmentation? My other option is the remove some skin at the bottom for a slight lift, but it will likely stretch out again.

OOPS

I just posted my rhinoplasty update on my breast reduction. Ignore that!

Day 9

Tape comes off tomorrow. Til then...

Dizzy is 90% gone. I do believe it was the Scopolamine patch withdrawal, as much as every doctor says that impossible (Google it!) DONT WEAR IT LONGER THAN 24 HRS!

Otherwise, feeling good!
