I love Dr. Fortes. He has a heart of gold. I had my surgery today and my level of anxiety was at a extreme high. I was shaking and crying his staff really calmed me down. Especially the woman doing my anastesia. She was so sweet her name was Dr. Smith. She started crying from seeing me upset. That really touched me. I had seen Dr Fortes over the past 3 years before finally gong threw with this. He never charged me once and always took his time with me. Dr. Fortes is the best. He only cares about his patients happiness and comfort. I will only let him do any work on me. I had a tubular deformities with my breast and I am so happy now. Thank you Dr. Fortes you have truly changed my life.

Well all I can say is WOW! My breasts look unbelievable. I feel like I just want to cry. Looking in the mirror I cannot even believe it's me staring back. I thought that the tuberous condition was something that might take two surgeries to fix. I thought the first surgery would somewhat fix the tuberous condition I had but I might have to let the skin stretch for a while then go back and replace with bigger implants to achieve the size goal I wanted. ( large D preferably DD)! But I was wrong. After just 6 days my breasts were round and already dropping. I really wanted side boob and I defiantly have a lot of that!!! I am so happy with my results thus far and I know it'll only get better! I had so much anxiety about this procedure and I was really called by one of Dr. Fortes'a nurses named Nancy she is just awesome. She is so sweet and really helped me breath and trust the process. Like I said before Dr. Fortes is amazing he is very kind hearted and I could see today how truly happy he was to have helped me reach my goal. I wouldn't trust my body under surgery to anyone else. Also the girl at the front desk Ellie is so sweet. I am always happy to see her when I walk threw the door she is always smiling and I always enjoy talking with her. Dr. Fortes'a patient coordinator is also awesome ! Thank you again for everything and I look forward to some other procedures in the future !

3 weeks Post Op ????????
HananAlAugust 6, 2015
I will be three weeks post op tomorrow ! I'm feeling good not 100% but way better then last week. This is truly a process. But a good one for me. I am already so happy with my results and it's only 3 weeks I can't imagine how amazing I'll look at 3 months. I have been massaging like crazy to allow the implant to settle better and it really does help break up fluid and makes you feel much better. I have been massaging 5-6 times a day since 3 days post op. I fianally can sleep threw the night comfortably even on both sides. It takes a lot of pillows but if there's a will there's a way!! Dr. Fortes also started me with the breast strap at my last visit with him 7 days ago as my right breast was riding a little higher since the muscle is stronger on that side. But wow what a week wearing this strap 24/7 will do. My right has come down a lot. The right has finally rounded out on the bottom. I am obviously uncomfortable still because I still feel like there are foreign objects on my chest. It takes time and patience and I also started out with nothing to begin with. But everyday gets better. The only pain I am experiencing is on my right lower breast right on the top of my ribs. It's a sharp burning sensation which I believe is just nerve pain as nerves take along time to filling recover. It's hear and there. I am still numb on the top of my breast which is completely normal. I feel the occasional shocking pain in my nipples so I know they are repairing. I am thankful that Dr. Fortes really prepared me for this journey. Because it is really that a journey. Especially for someone with tuberous breast. I am just so thankful that I had so much prior knowledge of Dr. Fortes and how I just knew he was going to fix me. And he defiantly did....
I'm glad your doctor was able to put you at ease. It would be wonderful, if you feel comfortable, to see some photos of what you had done. Happy healing!
