My surgery is in 3 days! I'm currently a 34 B/small C and I've chosen 550 CC silicone high profile implants with a periareolar reduction/lift. I'm hoping to fill a 34 D cup size.
I've been doing research for over three years now because I wanted to find the BEST surgeon in Houston TX. I chose Dr. Basu because he is rated number in Houston and is rated in the top 2% in the nation! He also specializes in breast augmentation.

I'm so excited! I keep having weird dreams though. I'm very nervous they'll come out too big. I called Basu's staff yesterday and told then I was concerned about the size. I'm worried they'll turn out to be DD. She told me its a very common concern with all patients and to not worry... Dr Basu is conservative and if he thinks the size I picked is too big on me, he'll choose a size smaller in surgery. She said he does this with all of his patients to ensure the implants looks proportionate. Made me feel a whole lot better!

NO they won't be too big, but you have to be patient for the final result. I had 550 mentor high profile gel implants put in on 3/9/15 and I am still wating for the final results. I had alot of loose empty breasts though. Good Luck! There is also alot more pain still that I deal with daily than I thought I would have. Just waiting for everything to feel normal again. ie no pain daily, stretching, swelling, etc.

Yes a lot more pain than my roommate had! She only had 325 CC in each breast though.

I had my surgery yesterday at 2:30 PM. I was out by 5 PM. I've been in quite some pain but nothing unbearable. I'm taking two 3.5 hydro codeine and 2 tramadols together and I feel almost no pain at all. I also had an areola reduction which I cannot feel any pain from that at all. My areolas just itch a little bit. My chest feels really tight and my chest muscles feel sore... Like I just did a really hardcore chest workout. I have not had any nausea at all. Just been really sleepy.
I took off my bandages for the first time today to take a shower. It was very difficult to shower and put the bandage back on though. Still painful to raise my arms or even flush the toilet.
All in all though... I am in love with my new assets so far! Huge difference. 500 CC right, 550 CC left Silicone high profile implants. Love the size and shape of my areolas too. ????

Amazing! I have 375 and want 400 - 450! I was scared but looking urs 500 I feel Okay! (500 is too big for me, but it sounds so BIG i wasnt sure)

I know! It sounds freaking huge. Especially when I would tell my friends... Their faces lol. But they're actually proportionate with my body type so I'm okay with it now. The swelling will also go down some. Right now I'm 36D and the bra is a little tight but I'm comfortable.
