I was super nervous but when it was all said and done I am very pleased, my left one hasn't settled down as far as my right but I'm only 4 days post op!!! I will keep posting updates, I have minimal pain, it's mostly after doing something, like trick or treating, for a long period of time! Make sure you have someone to help you out at home, I stayed sitting or in bed for the first 3 days, I go back for my post op on the 6th of November , hopefully I won't have to keep wearing this band, but if I do then I will!! I trust Dr Perlmans opinion so I will follow his instructions, I went with high profile 375cc because I had almost no tissue left after breast feeding 2kids, started at a small B hopefully will be a C, but I won't really know until they are settled! I hope my review helps anyone who is reading it :) good luck on your BA, you will love your new boobies

4 weeks post op

Hey all, I would first like to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving, and say that I'm so happy with my results, my clothes fit better, I have much more confidence and my husband loves them!!! I had a complication with blood pooling at the bottom of my left breat, but it's so much better Dr Perlman prescribed me some kind of medicine and it really helped. Everything is falling into place and no more ban!!! That's probably one of the best things lol I hated that band
Houston Plastic Surgeon

Dr. Perlman is great, his staff is wonderful, I would definitely go to him for a consultation!!!!
