After weight loss, I was not pleased with the shape of my breasts.

After my significant weight loss, I consulted with a number of plastic surgeons, asking for a staged approach to tightening my skin. After meeting Dr LoMonaco and talking with some of his happy patients, I scheduled for him to perform my breast augmentation during the week of Thanksgiving. At my initial consultation Dr. LoMonaco showed me before and after photos of women with similar body types, and he discussed my options: lift vs. augmentation with a recommendation for augmentation. Other doctors only discussed the more invasive procedure. He also sent me home with a book of similar images to discuss the procedure with my spouse and other concerned family members. I had not used surgery to lose the weight, so the idea of plastic surgery was a bit of a sell. I am very happy that I took my spouse to the sizing appointment. When we met with Dr LoMonaco my husband and he discussed the implant material as well as what I wanted most - more proportioned breasts. Even before gaining the weight, they had not been similar in volume. Again, Dr LoMonaco listened to us and worked to achieve a more symmetrical size. The day of the surgery went very well. Every day after surgery until my follow up visit, Janet called and checked on me - even through the Thanksgiving holiday. The office is very busy, but Janet and the doctor both gave me their cell numbers for use when I had questions post-op. I am pleased with Dr LoMonaco and his staff as with my results. I look forward to scheduling a lower body lift with him.
