in 2008, I had saline implants (275 and 300ccs). The 300cc implant ruptured. I went back to the same PS who encouraged me to go with 339 moderate profile. I feel HUGE!!!! I am only 5'5". They've felt big since the surgery but I recently have started having anxiety and depression about them. I feel like they don't fit my body. I have spent so much money.... trying not to think about wanting to take them out but I can't help it. What do you think? Suggestions?

You have perfect results! Are they saline again or did you go with silicone this time around? What bra size are you post revision?
Size is relative but I think whenever you're feeling anxiety and depression you should talk about it. I would tell your ps and see what your options are. Even if you don't go smaller it will be relieving to validate your feelings and talk it out. You have options!
It is difficult to tell from the picture if I would think you went too big, but you do not at all appear freakishly big, and you certainly have beautiful breasts and a great surgeon. I am a hetero man, so take my opinion as you will, but I REALLY hope you can get to a point where you realize you needn't do anything else- you are gorgeous. Stay healthy.
