Noting the progress. The boobs are definitely softer than they were.

Thanks for sharing your story. I am a 41 year old runner/exercise fanatic. I am also tired of my sad boobies and have my surgery scheduled for June 8. I am really anxious about not being able to exercise!! How is your running going 8 weeks out?

You look great btw! I am torn about size also. I'm afraid of being too big, but don't want to be too small!!

Actually, it has been quite refreshing. I was getting more sleep and everyone kept telling me that I looked great. I think the sleep made my skin look good. I did walk almost every day so that I was at least moving. It helped me feel like I was keeping my regular schedule. I dialed my food back to account for the lack of running and all was fine. I'm back to the full regimen and it has been a bit tougher, but not really hard. Good luck!

So, I have had the boobs for 8 1/2 weeks. I love them, but I'm torn about the size. Sometimes I think they are the perfect size for my body, but other times, I wish they were bigger.

I finally bought bras after my 8 week check up. Ended up with a 34C. They look so much bigger to me, but maybe that's just because I had nothing before. So, buying bras was a whole new experience. I am still having trouble with feeling like they don't fit right and that the underwire is digging into my rib cage. Big boob problems.

The PS said that based on my muscle definition prior to the BA, it's going to take my boobs two more months to fully drop and fluff. He said the muscles are still not relaxed.

At about 8 weeks, I stopped having pain and discomfort. I though it was going to go on forever, but it didn't. Most days, I don't feel anything unusual at all.

Best of all, I think they look feat in bras!

I can't believe that 4 weeks ago I had those sad little flappy pancake itty bitty [RS bleep].

So, they aren't dropping much. I am still tender every day. I really want my body to feel normal. They feel tight most of the time. The PS said this could take longer for me because of the amount of muscle tissue I had in my pecs. I am back at the gym. The first leg workout I did with only body weight made me sore for a week. How quickly we decline. I am a little nervous about the return to running.

I do think my boobs look great in clothes. I am really anxiolytics try on bras. I guess the next 5 weeks will pass as quickly as the first 4 weeks.

Tata for now.
