Whew! Does time fly by when you're busy?! I can't believe it's been three months already. I'm half in love and half patiently waiting at the moment. My left side looks amazing, but the right is STILL riding high and tight. It looks ok in clothes, but only because I'm expecting it to drop at any moment... what if it already has?! ???? I'll keep massaging and praying. If it does fall and look like the left, they will be exactly what I wished for! The size and projection is perfect. I got measured at Soma and I'm a 32D. But it really does not look like it, whatsoever!!
Push-ups do not feel awesome, but everything else is totally normal.
Best decision ever.

A week post-op (already!)
This experience has been much easier than I expected, and I'm grateful for that. I owe so much to all you ladies who have blazed the trail and shared your experience here.
The worst part, for me, thus far has been the itching... my incision (crease) is by far the worst. But the phantom itches in numb areas, where doc says my nerves are healing. Gah! And I just cannot scratch it. It's awful!!
Anywho. My post-op was this afternoon and it would appear that all is going well. Doc gave me some simple exercises and told be to be back in two weeks.
I am sooo pleased with the size. Today was my third day back to work (surgery was a Weds) and no one has noticed. They look so natural for my frame. Expectedly, they're still high and tight, but they are beautiful!! Probably way to small for some people's taste, but just right for the look I want. I cannot wait to see them drop and make themselves at home!
Reminder: 5'7" 125 lbs (now 127 haha)
Started at a 34A / 32Barely
Received 375cc Natrelle Inspira SRM (moderate profile)

Wow, you look amazing! Glad to hear recovery is go well for you. Question about your implants, since I am considering the same ones :). Do they have a natural shape or are they very round? They look like they have a nice shape on you..
Aw! Thank you! They are round implants but I find they take a natural shape once implanted. They're still riding a little high, but they do not at all look like balls on my chest.
They look gorgeous, congratulations
Thanks, that's really good to hear as that is what I was afraid of.. I do like the feel of them too. Do they feel firm still or have they softened?
Hey! Our stats are almost identical and I'm scheduled to meet my new ladies on March 10th - it feels so far away! I can't wait to see your updated photos as you've healed more and more. You look amazing!
Question for you: how needed were the super meds? I know you said you didn't like them (crazy itchiness and all). Could you have survived without them? That's my biggest concern. I don't do well with meds. At all. I hate them and avoid them at all costs and it is the one reason I'm having second thoughts about this whole thing!
I think you look amazing, and chose the perfect size for your body. Do you have any new pictures to post? Have they dropped yet?

Welcome home, girlies!
I'll be honest, the hardest part about my experience thus far is the pain medication. They made me itchy and gave me a horrible headache. After 36 hours, I decided to forego the narcotics and am opting for tylenol all day and a muscle relaxer at night.
The procedure was a breeze! I was hooked up to an IV about 30 minutes prior to surgery, and just before they rolled me back, my anesthesiologist gave me Valium. I was almost out before I got into the OR.
Before I even realized I was asleep, I was out of surgery and in recovery.
The first 24 hours were spent on the couch, in and out of nausea and lucidity. Pain was almost non-existent (I was still on drugs from the procedure and oxycodone)
This morning, I finally got to take my shower (the most amazing feeling ever, by the way) and get a good look at the new girls.
I. Am. Thrilled!! I got 375cc Natrelle Inspira SRM under the muscle. They aren't riding too high and the pain is pretty tolerable. It really is like being engorged. I'm wondering if it would hurt more had I chosen a larger size... I am so pleased with the size, but if there is one thing I've learned from this website is that time will tell!

Hi!! I'm a mommy too with 2 kids, just got 405cc SRMs on the 12th! We are a day apart from surgery :) how are you feeling? Mine are ridin high but my pec muscles are strong. So that's to be expected! I'm also on Tylenol every 6 hrs over here. I can't wait for them to drop! Good luck!
Congrats on your new additions!! They look great! I'll check back in on your profile to see the progress. I hope you are already as pleased with your decision as I am. My sternum is a bit tender today, but not bad enough to take any meds.
My doc did give me Flexeril to take at night because I have a history of back problems and cannot regularly sleep on my back. It has really helped my sleeping. He also said it would likely help them to settle in... bonus!
Looking good , I agree , from the picture they don't appear to be to high and tight . It's amazing how people can look so different after surgery . ..some seem to take forever to drop and others seem to immediately . Good luck , hope to see further updates ,
Thank you so much! I'll try to update often :)
I think depends how high surgeon placed them, we have diff anatomy and diff implants offer upper pole. So think combo reasons why some look so high.....
Congrats to you - they look great! I'm a week ahead of you, getting my 435cc's on the 6th of Jan. I avoided the nausea and constipation by not taking any pain meds except Tylenol - the pain wasn't as really that bad. The pain in my back at the bottom of my shoulder blades was worse than any pain on my front, except for those stitches when I pulled them accidentally. It is exactly like being engorged - mine are even the same size. I'm really happy!
Congrats to you, too! So happy you're happy. That's the exact look I was hoping for (well, not engorged. That's how they look now at a week post op, but those early-on milk boobs). I totally agree, the pain was totally bearable. Not a walk in the park, but definitely not worth my other symptoms.
I think your size is perfect! I think mine are a bit too big, so I'm starting to fret about it. I really wanted 375s, but my chest is so wide that I think she went for the 435s because of it. They are still farther apart than I would like, even though they are 13cm diameter. I don't think I'll ever have close cleavage no matter how much I squeeze. Does your scar hurt when its pulled? Mine does.
Wow!!! Fantastic from what we can see-you went from nothing there to va va voom!!! Awesome :)
Congrats. Look good. What size and brand, profile did u end up with? I know can change during surgery
