Hi!! I've been reading a lot of reviews on here and they've helped a lot in my decision in having a breast augmentation so I decided to post my progress as well, to help me and help others.
I'm 26 years old. No kids and don't plan on having them. I'm going to have my BA on the 15th of this month right after my final exams in my last semester in college. I'm excited but mostly nervous!
I actually like my boobs now. I don't at all hate them but I still would like to have big ones! I also feel like a bigger bust would balance out by body better. I have my pre-op tomorrow. I went with the doctor that I had my first consultation with. His name is Dr. Feldman. I like his before and after gallery more than any other doctor in the Houston area, I think he's an artist!
I wasn't sure of the size I wanted when I went to the consultation, I just thought that I'd try on sizers and find out what looks best on my body. I had circled DD as the size I want on my initial papers, I wasn't really sure if that's what I wanted as I had never been a DD before lol, I just knew I wanted big but based off of that, Dr. Feldman gave me sizers to try on that he thought would achieve that.
I went to the consultation with my husband, he was so supportive and wonderful. The one I liked the most was the 520 Inspira SRF. My husband also liked this one the best. I might change to HP tomorrow at pre-op if I like it better than the SRF. I just feel like I didn't look at the HP long enough to have a good judgement. I will post some before pictures.

Do you know what the difference is between the SRF and HP? I thought the Inspira SRF (full profile) was basically equivalent to the High Profile? I'm debating between 385cc SRF and 415cc SRF and just kind of assumed they were the high profile of Inspira.

The SRF is a lot similar to HP but has a little less projection than HP. Also, the CCs seem to be a little different too, kind of in the middle of two HP implants. Here are the diameter and projection charts for both to help you better visualize it. For Inspira: http://www.bengtsoncenter.com/pdf/Natrelle-INSPIRA-Sales-Tool_ST_Sprds.pdf

You will be happy and do well. Not much pain from what I hear. I didn't have my breasts down but my neck and eyes. Not much pain at all!! Best of luck to you!!

Thank you so much for the reassurance! It helps a lot. I will post updates about pain levels once I have my surgery. I've had an appendectomy when I was a teenager and the pain was tolerable, I hope this will not be on the same level. Thanks again!
I am like you, I don't hate my natural chest, just want a bigger version of what I have. Although I have a big gap, I still like the shape of my boobs.
Are you excited or what?! I can't believe it's just 8 days away!!
I don't see that your pictures posted?
How were you able to delete pictures from here? I cannot figure out how to do that.
I am feeling pretty good. Just excited and trying to just focus on doing well on my finals and finishing up the semester. After Thursday when I take my last final, I will probably start getting nervous because I won't have finals distracting me anymore. I feel like I picked a pretty talented surgeon and feel confident in what he'll do for me.
Try taking hot baths with relaxing oil, drink hot tea, etc. When studying, I listen to relaxing music and that puts me in the zone and I feel focused and at ease. These things work for me, maybe they'll work for you too.
I deleted them when I was on the computer, once I click on the picture there's a remove button on the bottom of the picture. I don't think there's such an option on the phone but I'm not sure.
I do like the 520cc best as well, just worried it'll get a lot smaller once it's under my muscle...but hope not!
